PHILOSOPHY

“We have moved forward in recognizing brain health.  The next movement is to recognize brain and body health.  It’s impossible to have one without the other.”

Growing up on a farm, Yvette experienced the importance of community. Life can be hard. But joy can be found again and it is the mechanism that pulls us through the hard times.  Sometimes, counseling can be that bridge to reconnecting with others, oneself, and life.
